2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，马钱苷酸，马钱苷，当药苷标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: loganic acid, loganin, chiratin and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取0.5g左右的样品；
2) 0.5g样品加入25 mL 50% xxx，称量，超声处理（功率100W，频率40kHz）30 min；
3) 放冷，称量，用50% xxx补足减少的重量，摇匀，并经0.45µm滤膜过滤，进样20 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪，配备二极管阵列检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相A为0.1% xxx溶液，B为乙腈，流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为25℃。
