2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，天门冬氨酸，谷氨酸，甘氨酸，γ-氨基丁酸标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: aspartate, glutamate, glycine, γ- aminobutyric acid and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，取20 µL左右的样品；
2) 20 µL样品加入0.4 mol/L xxx 180 µL，混匀，10000 g离心10 min；
3) 取上清液20 µL，加入xxx衍生试剂10 µL，轻轻混匀，静置2 min；
4) 用0.45µm滤膜过滤，进样20 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪，配备荧光检测器。
色谱柱为Nova-Pak C18 (150 mm*3.9mm, 4 μm)，流动相A为30% xxx、2% xxx、68%磷酸缓冲液（0.1 mol/L, PH=6.8），B为100%甲醇，流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为37℃。
