2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级,苋菜红,糖精钠,苯甲酸,山梨酸,胭脂红标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: amaranth, saccharin sodium, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, carmine and were purchased from xxx.
2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀,吸取xx mL左右的样品;
2) xx mL样品超声处理5 min,再用0.45 µm滤膜过滤,进样10 µL。
2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪,配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (150 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm),流动相为0.02 M xxx-甲醇(70 : 30, V/V),流速为0.7 mL/min,柱温为25℃。
