2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，飞燕草色素，矢车菊色素，牵牛花色素，天竺葵色素，芍药色素，锦葵色素标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: delphinidin, cyanidin, petunidin, pelargonidin, peonidin, malvidin and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取1.0 g左右的样品；
2) 1.0 g样品加入xxx mL酸化乙醇提取剂，超声提取30 min，沸水浴中冷凝回流1 h；
3) 冷却至室温后，用0.22 µm滤膜过滤，进样10 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters 2695型高效液相色谱仪，配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为Zorbax SB-C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相乙腈/0.1% xxx溶液，流速为xxx mL/min，柱温为40℃。
