2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，腺苷，2, 4-二羟基嘧啶标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: adenosine, 2, 4-dioxypyrimidine and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取5.0g左右的样品；
2) 5.0g样品加入30 mL 75% xxx提取2次，每次1 h；
3) 除去乙醇，加入20 mL水溶解，并用10 mL xxx萃取，蒸发至干；
4) 加甲醇溶解并定容至50 mL，用0.45 µm滤膜过滤，进样20 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Agilent高效液相色谱仪，配备二极管阵列检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (200 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相为甲醇-xxx，流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为25℃。
