2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级,酒石酸,苹果酸,乙酸,柠檬酸标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: tartaric acid, malic acid, acetic acid, citric acid and were purchased from xxx.
2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀,称取0.5g左右的样品;
2) 0.5g样品中加入0.1 mol/L xxx溶液,xx℃水浴振荡提取30 min;
3) 冷却,10000 r/min离心10 min,上清液用0.22 µm滤膜过滤,进样10 µL。
2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪,配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为xxx C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm),流动相为2% xxx,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为35℃。
