2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，槲皮素，芦丁，丁香酸，没食子酸标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: quercetin, rutinum, syringic acid, gallic acid and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取10.0g左右的样品；
2) 10.0g样品加入50 mL xxx，超声处理1 h；
3) 过滤，滤渣用xxx洗涤2次，合并滤液，旋转蒸发至干；
4) xxx用甲醇定容至50 mL，摇匀，并经0.45 µm滤膜过滤，进样10 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为W高效液相色谱仪，配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为xxx-C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相为乙腈-0.4% xxx溶液，流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为30℃。
