2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级,槲皮素,芦丁,丁香酸,没食子酸标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: quercetin, rutinum, syringic acid, gallic acid and were purchased from xxx.
2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀,称取10.0g左右的样品;
2) 10.0g样品加入50 mL xxx,超声处理1 h;
3) 过滤,滤渣用xxx洗涤2次,合并滤液,旋转蒸发至干;
4) xxx用甲醇定容至50 mL,摇匀,并经0.45 µm滤膜过滤,进样10 µL。
2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为W高效液相色谱仪,配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为xxx-C18 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4% xxx溶液,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。
