2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，绿原酸，表儿茶素，鞣花酸，槲皮素标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: chlorogenic acid, L-epicatechin, ellagic acid, quercetin and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取0.5g左右的样品；
2) 0.5g样品加入50% xxx溶液，超声提取（功率250W，温度50℃）15 min；
3) 过滤，滤液用50% xxx溶液定容至50 mL，摇匀，用0.22 µm滤膜过滤，进样20 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪，配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为xxx ODS2 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相为乙腈-0.4% xxx溶液，流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为30℃。
