2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级，果糖，山梨糖醇，葡萄糖，蔗糖标准品购于xxx
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: fructose, sorbitol, glucose, sucrose and were purchased from xxx.

2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀，称取2.0g左右样品；
2) 2.0g样品中加入20 mL xxx，研磨，4℃ 20000g离心15 min；
3) 取上清液，用0.45 µm滤膜过滤，进样10 µL。

2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Agilent高效液相色谱仪，配备蒸发光散射检测器。
色谱柱为xxx NH2 (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm)，流动相为xxx-水（70:30, v/v），流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温为50℃。
