2 材料与方法Materials and Methods
2.1 试剂Chemicals
所有的溶剂与试剂均为色谱级,草酸,酒石酸,DL-苹果酸,抗坏血酸,乳酸,柠檬酸,丁二酸标准品购于xxx。
All chemicals and solvent were HPLC. Standard: oxalic acid, tartaric acid, DL-malic acid, ascorbic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, butanedioic acid and were purchased from xxx.
2.2 样品处理Sample Preparation
1) 将样品摇匀,称取2.0g左右的样品;
2) 2.0g样品中加入180 mL xxx,浸渍20 min;
3) 搅拌,抽滤,热水洗涤3次;
4) 滤液冷却后,用0.05 mol/L xxx(pH=2.7)定容至250 mL,并经0.45 µm滤膜过滤,进样150 µL。
2.3 HPLC分析HPLC Analysis
本实验所用的仪器为Waters高效液相色谱仪,配备紫外检测器。
色谱柱为xxx (250 mm*4.6 mm, 5 μm),流动相为0.05 mol/L xxx (pH=2.7),流速为0.6 mL/min,柱温为30℃。
